Preferences registration

Description

The import of the preferences can only be done on a running Windchill system. For clustered systems, the registration of the preferences should be executed on a node that is closer to the database.

Afterward, Windchill must be restarted!

Start Windchill
Run command
Enter Windchill site administrator credentials
Press Enter at "input Java args"
- If Windchill has been configured with SSO, the following arguments should be set

-Dwt.httpgw.HTTPLogin.authPrefix=protocolAuth -Dwt.httpgw.HTTPLogin.enableAuthPrefix=true
```
Restart Windchill
- This is necessary as some settings are read/imported exclusively when Windchill is started.
