Number of RFC/CPIC connections for external clients

Error message: Max no of 100 conversations exceeded. The number of parallel connections that can be held in the library is set to 100. The library can also manage more connections at a time by setting the CPIC_MAX_CONV environment variable. Please set the environment variable to a higher value.
