GW - Registration of tp "program ID" not allowed, for Netweaver 7.0x and higher

Establishing a connection via RFC fails with the following message when the external application attempts to register at the gateway. This means that the gateway does not allow the program with the<program ID> of the <external host> server to register.

For instance, if an RE or RPE Daemon is installed and files are to be stored in SAP or downloaded from there, the name of the RE/RPE computer must be entered in the recinfo or secinfo file so that the computer can register on the SAP gateway. (See transaction SMGW)
