Automatic authorization check with profile parameter auth/rfc_authority_check

The SAP profile parameter auth/rfc_authority_check controls whether or not an authorization check on the authorization object S_RFC should be performed when a function module is called via RFC.

If this parameter is set to 1, please note that the authorization has to be explicitly assigned for the corresponding function group (e.g. for the function group /IFCNX/ST2_MM).
