Here system notifications can be configured via email or Slack. For example, it can be set what should happen if a daemon unexpectedly terminates and thus no longer processes any jobs.

• Email notifications

  • Email on license warning: When "yes", an email is sent to members of the group @ADMINSYSTEM if licenses expire within the next 14 days.

  • Email on license expiration: When "yes", an email is sent to members of the group @ADMINSYSTEM when licenses have expired.

  • Email on daemon timeout: When "yes", an email is sent to members of the group @ADMINDAEMON if a daemon has unexpectedly terminated.

  • 2.2.2+: Email on critical job runtime: When "yes", an email is sent to members of the group @ADMINDAEMON if a job exceeds the critical runtime.

  • 2.2.2+: Email on job backlog: When "yes", an email is sent to members of the group @ADMINDAEMON if the number of new jobs without a running daemon exceeds the defined threshold.

  • Email on number generator WARN: When "yes", an email is sent to members of the group @ADMIN-NG if a number generator has reached the WARN level.
    

  • Email on number generator EXPIRED: When "yes", an email is sent to members of the group @ADMIN-NG if a number generator has reached the EXPIRED level (last number has just been assigned).
    

• Slack notifications - these settings are only needed if the tool Slack is to be used for messages.
  

  • Daemon events: Messages related to daemon events
    

    • Show daemon start

    • Show daemon stop

    • Show daemon panic

    • Slack message on daemon timeout: When "yes", a Slack message is sent.
      

    • Slack message on number generator WARN: When "yes", send a Slack message upon reaching the WARN level

    • Slack message on number generator EXPIRED: When "yes", send a Slack message upon reaching the EXPIRED level
      

  • Job events: Messages related to job events

    • Result FAIL

    • Result IGNORE

    • Status JUDGE

    • Result PARTIALLY

    • Result PASS

    • Result PASS-COND.

    • Result REJECT

  • URL Job: Webhook URL for job-related messages

  • URL Daemon: Webhook URL for daemon-related messages

  • URL General: Webhook URL for general system messages

  • Slack active: Slack integration is active if set to Yes here. Otherwise, all other Slack settings have no effect
