Start of the SAPGUI via external RFC libraries

With the upgrade from SAP JCo 2.x to SAP JCo 3.0, the upgrade from SAP NCo 2.x to NCo 3.0 and the upgrade from the classic RFC library to the NetWeaver RFC library, the option to attach a SAPGUI directly to an RFC connection was removed. This prevents the running of BAPIs in the background, which return screen output to the caller, and the direct starting of an ABAP debugger.

This is relevant in case the Release Engine Document Upload must be realized by GUI upload mode.
