SAP authorizations

The authorization objects described in the following subchapters are required for a successful operation of the interface.

They are related primarily to the communication with the SAP system, i.e. only to data exchange.

If online dialogs are to be called from the interface via the SAP GUI, the user also needs the authorizations to execute the corresponding transactions:

• General authorizations
• Authorizations for document management
• Authorizations for material master management
  
• Authorizations for change master
• Authorizations for bills of material
• Authorizations for class and characteristics management
• Authorizations for system logging
• Authorizations for Innoface user
• Authenticating authorizations
