API: Switch off POSNR reassignment via BADI

If new BOM items with initial item numbers (POSNR) are received in the ALE input, the new items are created with an automatic item number assignment. An Exit is provided in release R/3 Enterprise, which can be used to deactivate automatic position number assignment when creating new BOM items with function modules of the CSAP function group.
