Requirements

Windchill system user

System administrator privileges are required for an installation in the operating environment. Site administrator access is required to configure IFConneX in the Windchill context.

License

A corresponding IFConneX license is required for each ERP logon by a Windchill user.

Hardware requirements

The Innoface interface requires disk space of approximately 1GB during an installation on the Windchill application server or rather on each node on which one or more method servers run. Only about 100 MB is required to operate the interface. This information does not include the need for the log files, as these are usually set up customer-specific. The interface runs in the same context as the method server and therefore does not require its own hardware resources.

The IFConneX interface runs on all platforms supported by PTC Windchill.
